Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name required).

Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, along with the URL where it appeared before removal.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error or due to mistaken identity.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement that you will accept legal service from the person who submitted the original infringement claim.
Further Action
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our sole discretion.
Please note: Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. Only file a DMCA notice or counter-notice if you are certain of your rights.
Policy Enforcement
Games reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that allegedly infringes intellectual property rights, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
